Snickers is as sweet as her name and we are so happy we finally received a confirmed diagnosis and that her current regime of meds are working. No more 4 am bathroom calls :-)

For life, she will be on a very inexpensive medicine for her Diabetes Insipidus but is expected to have a normal life span.......she receives her medicine 3 X daily and an average cost of $50 per month .

She should have semi annual vet check ups , too including bloodwork and urinalysis.

Snickers is a sweet dog and warms up to strangers after a few minutes however she is a bit shy in new situations and with new people . Once she knows you, she its affectionate and playful.

Snickers is playful, smart and loves to play with her GSD buddy, Shadow.

Snickers will be at home with another dog or as an only dog, she has only met older children  ( 10 and up) but has been fine with everyone she has met........cats are still an unknown with her but she could be tested !
